Redemption 2.0 - Pump and Grind 20.01.19

MetCon Monday is here!
Take a look at what's on the very whiteboard we used on Sunday's 'Redemption' class, and give it a go.
This one is all about pushing yourself, to the beat of your own drum.
You need to be honest with yourself, don't get to the end of the interval thinking you could have done more.
Work hard, and give yourself 2 mins off between the blocks.
If I were to re-do this, flying solo, I would choose the 'a to b'route to adds real specificity to the workout.
i.e I would do the 1a) then 1b) and repeat twice, or 2a) and 2b) - they use the same muscles, work the same areas and utilise the same kit. But when we completed this on the 2nd Redemption workout of the year, we broke into pairs, and worked through all six blocks, starting with the 3 5 minute blocks, then the 3 10 minute blocks. Oh and Death by Burpee. Bye.
