Note this is as max calorie output workout with obstacles. The reps are fixed at each of the hurdles, your goal is to do them as quickly as possible so that you can return to your cardio machine of your choice as quickly as possible to resume racking up your calorie total.

So, here it is, you get near your kit and check in with 20 chest-to-floor—burpees
Then you jump on your kit and pedal/row for 5 minutes, fast, and them jump off to complete the moves listed below and in the image above, it accumulates.
Follow this order to complete it perfectly, riding/rowing fast for five minutes between these obstacles.
Minute 0 - 20 burpees
Minute 5 - 10 burpees
Minute 10 - 10 burpees & 10 press ups
Minute 15 10 burpees
HALFWAY - 10 burpees, press ups and DB thrusters
Minute 25 - 10 burpees
Minute 30 - 10 burpees & 10 press ups
Minute 35 - 10 burpees
END POINT - 10 burpees, press ups and DB thrusters
Then a final check-out of 20 burpees for sh*ts and giggles.
