x9 Chest to Floor Burpee

x12 Barbell Front Squat

x12 Straight Arm Burpee

x16 Barbell Reverse Lunge

x15 Press and Thrusts (1 Press Up & Squat Thrust)

30 Calories


The rest you are allowed is simply the transition between the moves. Avenge the fallen. ;-)
