At the end of another great Saturday circuits session - I put the members through the first event of the ETPT-Olympics.
The ETPT Pentathlon 1.0 is composed of 5 moves (obviously)

Assault Air Bike Max Output 60 seconds - calories
90 seconds rest
Air Squats Max Output 60 seconds - (I, the steward, observing closely for full depth) - total reps
90 seconds
Press Ups Max Output 60 seconds - (I, the steward, observing closely for full depth) - total reps.
Finish.
The score is all of the totals added together.
On first try, our first female PentathETe is Jules with 148.3, and our first male PentathlETe is Westy with 164.
